Setting up a Simple Customer Survey

Summary
In this video, I walk through the process of creating a simple customer survey using the Forms module. I start by navigating to the Forms section on the dashboard and clicking on 'Create Form'. I then name the form 'User Survey Office Twenty Twenty Five' and choose to create a 'Wizard Form', which guides customers through questions one by one. I select the 'Customer Feedback Survey' template, which comes with predefined fields, and categorize it as 'Internal'. I then review the fields associated with the form and demonstrate how to add more fields by dragging and dropping them. Before publishing, I show how to preview the form in a new tab to verify its appearance and content. I also explain how to configure field settings, such as making a field mandatory or changing placeholder text, and how to use 'Navigation Rules' to dynamically change the survey questions based on customer responses. For example, I illustrate how to set up rules to display different questions based on whether the customer's feedback score is less than 5 or more than 7. After configuring these settings and saving the changes, I publish the form, which generates a shareable link that can be distributed to customers or internal teams via channels like Slack or email.
